Change Campaign Type

You cannot change your campaign to a new campaign type once it's been created. If you want to adjust where your ads can appear, create a new campaign using a different campaign type.

For Search, Video, and Shopping campaigns, change your campaign’s "Networks" settings, which also affects where your ad can appear. For example, you can enable your Search campaign to show ads on the Display Network.

Change Campaign's Networks Settings

1. Sign in to your Google Ads account.

2. Click Campaigns in the left-side menu.

3. Click the name of the campaign you’d like to update the network settings for.

4. Click Settings in the left-side menu.

5. Click to expand the “Networks” section.

6. Choose your settings, then click Save.
